Job Responsibilities:
Driving Dishtv Brand & Communication:
- Annual brand planning Strategy and Executing marketing programs across DishTV & Watcho.
- Online marketing
- Go-to-market communication conceptualization and delivery
- Market Research and Brand KPI tracking - Consumer insight mining to create relevant marketing programs
- Responsible for moving the needle on brand metrics, enabling a consistent brand experience for new customers,
Agency management:
- Charting the annual Social media strategy to increase brand visibility and drive engagement - Planning & delivering ROI through social media and ORM.
- Creative execution and the right media targeting online.
Driving BTL Initiatives:
- Effective planning of BTL budgets & MIS - To develop & launch annual/monthly national level integrated Retail Visibility
- POS material & visual merchandising planning, monitoring, execution & feedback across retail channel; monthly reporting of the same to management
- To plan right & cost effective on shop and inshop visibility mix to enhance engagement & footfall at various categories of retail stores
- Corporate Branding Programme & must have exposure of framing retail visibility.
- Drive the Zonal /State calendars through the zonal teams reporting into the category team.
- Trade meets for engagement, new product launches, & Driving GO TO MARKET Strategy for new products
