Dish TV - Divisional Head - eCommerce & Digital Marketing

Description: The Divisional Head will lead the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing division for DishTV VZY TV, driving digital transformation, online revenue growth, and brand visibility. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership to scale digital initiatives across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.


- Oversee all digital channels: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, OTT partnerships.


- Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms.


- Monitor and optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation.


Ecommerce Management:


- Own the end-to-end ecommerce business for DishTV & VZY TV, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.


- Plan and execute sales events and seasonal campaigns to boost online revenue.


- Ensure seamless UI/UX for web and app platforms to improve customer experience.


Customer Acquisition & Retention:


- Lead digital acquisition journey from lead generation to conversion, collaborating with call centers and service teams.


- Implement data-driven strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing and ecommerce professionals.


- Work closely with brand, product, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals.


Analytics & Reporting:


- Track and report KPIs across acquisition, retention, ROI, and ecommerce performance.


- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms for insights and optimization.


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Business, or related field.


- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce leadership roles.


- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, analytics, and ecommerce platforms.


- Proven track record in scaling digital businesses and driving revenue growth.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Experience:


- Exposure to DTH, OTT, or consumer electronics industry.


- Experience in digital transformation and omnichannel strategies.
