Director - Whistle Blowing Investigation

As a Director Investigation you will be responsible for

- Design and manage a global Whistleblower Program grounded in the seven pillars of corporate compliance, ensuring broad regional reach and adherence to best practices.

- Lead high-stakes investigations on diverse issues and negotiated effective remediation strategies, ensuring swift and compliant resolution

- Contribute to and refine the Compliance & Integrity Plan using data analysis to anticipate challenges, identify trends, and implement system improvements.

- Comprehensive understanding of Anti-Bribery , Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust and regulations, along with proven experience in developing related processes and controls.

- Organize and conduct training sessions and communicated compliance initiatives to boost employee engagement with the whistleblower program

- Embrace innovative approaches and technology to enhance compliance program efficiency, contributing to risk evaluation and mitigation through analytics and automation
