DIRECTOR -WEALTH MANAGEMENT  BANGALORE/CHENNAI  Our client, a well established, professionally managed, Wealth management company, headquartered in Europe, and having their presence in India for over 50 years, have retained our services to identify a DIRECTOR -WEALTH MANAGEMENT. The position can based at Bangalore / Chennai  JOB PURPOSE  - Client relationship origination and management of HNI / NRI clients with a balanced risk-reward perspective.   - Ability to identify client needs and then structure solutions through effective relationship.  Key Responsibilities   - Build a business plan, formulate strategies for building/acquiring clients  - Develop comprehensive understanding of the various wealth products currently being offered in India and evaluate a detailed Internal Procedure Manual for all the products currently on offer.   - Direct the products team in developing and launching new products on an ongoing basis from inception till the product is finally put in place. This will include inter-alia liaising with various concerned global desks to get clearances if required.   - Direct the advisory and products team to keep pace with the market requirements of products and in articulating the company’s response to competitor activity.   - Ensuring the company’s wealth products have a cutting edge by imbibing the best of practices, skill sets and standards available in globally.   - Mentor RMs on building their skills and comfort level with the clients.   - Interact and meet clients on products offered .  Strategic and Tactical   - Work with the Head- Wealth Management on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships, as well as assisting in the development of business models.   - Participate in developing new business; support Managers in value creation and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.  - Analyze operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, down-sized, or eliminated.   - Study long-range economic trends and company prospects for future growth in overall business, opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas.   - Benchmark its own operations to the industry standards and the best in class and provide feedback to the senior management of the business  General  - Proactive and keenness to develop and deploy the latest management tools in the business.  - Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships.  - Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all stakeholders  - Provide efficient leadership to the team  - Motivate the team.  - Pass on knowledge and expertise to team members.
