Director - Wealth Business

Role Overview:

As the Director of Wealth Business, you will spearhead the strategic growth and market positioning of our wealth management vertical, serving as a pivotal leader for our HNI and Super HNI client segments. You will be responsible for driving AUM growth, overseeing high-performing sales teams, and cultivating long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. By collaborating closely with internal investment product desks and senior stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of bespoke financial solutions that align with the complex wealth preservation and growth objectives of our most valued clients. Your leadership will directly influence the firm's market share and profitability, establishing our brand as a premier partner in private wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand the AUM footprint across the HNI and Ultra HNI segments, ensuring sustainable revenue growth for the firm.

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing wealth sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity to exceed aggressive business targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and research teams to curate exclusive investment opportunities that cater to the evolving risk-return profiles of affluent banking clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to refine service delivery models, ensuring our value proposition remains superior in the private wealth ecosystem.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale wealth portfolios, with a proven track record of scaling AUM and delivering consistent financial outcomes for HNI and Super HNI clients.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, essential for navigating high-stakes client interactions and building long-term institutional credibility.

- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to business development, capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- A postgraduate degree in Management or Finance from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting the analytical rigor required for this leadership position.

- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of engagement with stakeholders across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
