Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Director Warehousing & Fulfilment to lead and transform our warehousing and fulfillment network. The role will focus on implementing automation, optimizing processes, and ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and accurate operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WMS, ASRS, and modern supply chain practices, along with a proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement standardized SOPs across all warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Lead modernization initiatives including WMS, ASRS, and automation projects.
- Design warehouse layouts, optimize racking footprint, and recommend Material Handling Equipment (MHEs).
- Drive throughput analysis, ROI modeling, and operational KPIs.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the warehousing network.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional warehouse and fulfillment teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
