Role Overview:

The Director of Warehouse Operations serves as the strategic architect for our fulfillment ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end efficiency of our distribution network. In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow, warehouse management systems, and last-mile logistics to ensure seamless service delivery. You will partner closely with supply chain leadership, procurement heads, and regional stakeholders to align operational output with aggressive business growth targets. By driving process excellence and technological integration, you will directly influence customer satisfaction metrics and bottom-line profitability, ensuring our operations remain agile in a high-velocity market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate large-scale warehouse operations to maximize throughput and minimize operational overhead, ensuring that fulfillment cycles consistently meet or exceed service level agreements.

- Design and implement scalable logistics frameworks that enhance inventory accuracy and order fulfillment speed, directly supporting the companys expansion into new regional markets.

- Mentor and develop high-performing site leadership teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all distribution centers.

- Collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate automated warehouse management solutions, reducing manual bottlenecks and improving data-driven decision-making.

- Manage complex vendor and 3PL relationships to ensure cost-effective resource allocation and reliable service continuity during peak demand periods.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-site distribution networks with a focus on lean methodology and process optimization.

- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams through periods of rapid organizational change, utilizing strong interpersonal communication to align stakeholders on operational goals.

- Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and warehouse management software to drive strategic business outcomes and operational transparency.

- A Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field from a premier institution, providing a strong theoretical foundation for complex problem solving.

- Exceptional adaptability to a dynamic, on-site work environment, with the ability to travel frequently to regional hubs to oversee implementation and performance audits.
