Role Overview:

As the Director of Warehouse Operations, you will serve as the strategic architect of our fulfillment ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end efficiency of our distribution network. You will lead large-scale operations, ensuring that our logistics infrastructure is optimized for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, including supply chain heads, procurement teams, and technology partners, to align warehouse performance with broader business objectives. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless inventory flow and operational excellence, ultimately driving the scalability and profitability of our national supply chain footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate the entire warehouse operations lifecycle to ensure high-velocity order fulfillment and adherence to stringent service level agreements.

- Drive the implementation and optimization of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance inventory visibility and operational throughput.

- Lead and mentor large, multi-layered teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous process improvement across all facilities.

- Manage complex inventory control protocols to minimize shrinkage, optimize stock turnover, and maintain 100% data accuracy for stakeholders.

- Design and execute strategic logistics roadmaps that align with business growth, ensuring infrastructure capacity meets evolving market demands.

- Analyze operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the overall bottom-line performance of the supply chain.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, high-volume warehouse environments with a proven track record of optimizing complex logistics networks.

- Advanced proficiency in leveraging Warehouse Management Systems and data analytics to drive decision-making and process automation.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse, high-performing teams across multiple locations.

- Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex supply chain strategies to executive leadership and external partners.

- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site environment in Bangalore, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic market landscape.
