Supply Chain Director / Vice President

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure maximum customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.

- Lead and mentor the supply chain team by establishing best practices and measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Direct and coordinate global supply chain functions to optimize resources and maximize profitability.

- Plan and manage sourcing and procurement activities to meet varying levels of product demand.

- Collaborate with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments for effective intercompany transfers.

- Work closely with the sales team to determine cost-effective distribution solutions for finished

goods.

- Monitor inventory levels at both internal and third-party warehouses to ensure product rotation and efficient use of working capital.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation providers to determine optimal routes, rates, and freight agreements.

- Ensure proper utilization of ERP systems such as Planning Edge and Accellos. Regularly report departmental KPIs with insights, analysis, and recommended Countermeasures.
