Director/Vice President - Product - Artificial Intelligence

Role Overview:

As Director / Vice President - Product (Artificial Intelligence), you will spearhead the development and execution of the AI product strategy for PeopleStrong, driving innovation and differentiation in the HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance existing products and create new offerings that address critical HR challenges. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Your work will directly impact the user experience, business outcomes, and market leadership of PeopleStrong's AI-powered HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with PeopleStrong's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet needs in the HR technology space.

- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and launch innovative AI-powered features and products.

- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products and initiatives.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

- Engage with customers and industry experts to gather feedback and validate product concepts.

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to define and execute successful AI product strategies in a SaaS environment.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to solve business problems.

- Strong product management skills, including experience with product development methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
