They manage venture capital and venture buyout strategies, each powered by an AI operating system and team of leading technologists, entrepreneurs, and investors. The role needs to have overlap with US time zone.
About the Role:
Capital Formation & Market Entry:
You will take ownership of building the India platform from the ground up, with an initial focus on capital formation and ecosystem entry. This includes shaping the India narrative, driving investor engagement, and creating the conditions required to launch multiple healthcare ventures at speed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing the India go-to-market strategy for the platform
- Engaging and converting capital partners across family offices, strategic investors, and institutional allocators
- Leading end-to-end fundraising conversations, from initial outreach through commitment closure
- Building deep, long-term relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, including policymakers, regulators, provider networks, investors, and senior advisors
- Establishing credibility and momentum in-market to enable rapid execution once capital is secured
- Through parallel engagement with investors and healthcare stakeholders, you will validate opportunity size, de-risk execution, and build confidence in the India strategy.
Venture Creation & Scale-Up:
- Following the initial fundraise, your focus will shift toward creating and scaling healthcare businesses in India.
- The scope of responsibility will flex based on experience and demonstrated leadership.
Responsibilities may include:
- Identifying high-potential healthcare problem areas and shaping venture theses
- Leading early research and validation for new company concepts
- Attracting, assessing, and partnering with exceptional founders and senior operators
- Structuring commercial and strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, corporates, and later-stage capital partners
Candidate Profile:
You are a senior, outcomes-driven professional with 12+ years of experience, combining commercial judgment, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders. You are comfortable operating with limited structure and high ambiguity.

Preferred Experience:
- Background in venture capital, private equity, or related investment roles or
- Founder or early-stage operator experience, ideally with exposure to scaled outcomes or exits
- Established network across capital providers, healthcare institutions, or entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Proven experience raising capital, structuring partnerships, and representing organizations with senior stakeholders
- Strong academic or professional credentials preferred
