Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Lead experience strategy (and partner with design) to develop customer and partner insights, heuristic and competitive experience analysis, and performance optimization strategies.
- Build relationships with leaders and partners to shape our overall strategy/plans.
- Build an inspired User Experience team. Set clear objectives while balancing short-term development with long- term career growth.
- Be an active member of our global creative leadership team, helping create the wider team's vision, culture and goals.
- Promote best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of Search.

The Expertise We Require
Must Have's
- Must have 10+ YOE in UX / Experience Design with significant exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams (Can consider 8+ YOE for candidates from Top Products with fast career growth)
- Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle (research ideation design testing delivery optimization)
- Must have strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
- Must have strong understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, Design Sprints)
- Must have experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences
- Must have experience leading and mentoring UX teams, building team capabilities, and driving design quality
- Must have strong experience in client/stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration (PMs, engineers, business teams), and leading design workshops
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving
