About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to drive one of our major revenue channels in the US market.
This individual will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing daily operations, ensuring revenue delivery, and leading a high-performance team.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-scale environments, has operated revenue channels of $75-100M+ ARR, and can balance strategic foresight with sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily operations of a major US revenue channel; ensure smooth execution and delivery of targets.
- Drive revenue growth through disciplined planning, monitoring, and performance management.
- Lead & develop the team to maximize efficiency, accountability, and outcomes.
- Scale operations by identifying new revenue opportunities and improving processes.
- Leverage data to track metrics, identify gaps, and drive informed decisions.
- Manage stakeholders & crises with clarity, composure, and structured problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in high-scale operations management or revenue channel ownership, ideally in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or fast-growing global businesses.
- Proven experience running operations that delivered $75M-$100M+ ARR or equivalent scale.
- Strong ability to strategize around people and processes while balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Depth in analytics and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Willingness to operate during US business hours and travel to the US for ~3 months annually.
