Title: Director - UI/UX Experience Design, Analytics & Martech Integration

LOCATION - GURGAON, Complete WFO Setup (All 5 days, Monday - Friday)

Objective - Evolve the existing Director UI/UX role into a holistic Experience & Analytics leadership position that integrates customer experience design with data-driven Martech activation. The goal is to unify ownership across Design and Analytics be able to leverage current Martech, and Content ecosystems fully and enabling connected and measurable experiences across all digital channels.

Core Mandate - UI/UX Excellence (Ownership)- Define and lead the unified UX vision across web, app, and omnichannel journeys. Build, scale, and govern the enterprise Design System and accessibility and compliance. Institutionalize research, prototyping, and usability testing for every major funnel. Build on the basis on analytics & experience intelligence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12-18years in UI/UX leadership, digital experience, and analytics.

- Strategic thinker with proven results turning design insights into measurable KPI impact.

- Deep hands-on understanding of journey analytics, growth experiments, heatmaps, and product data tools.

- Working familiarity with Martech platforms CDP, personalization, marketing automation, experimentation, and tagging ecosystems.

- Strong stakeholder and cross-BU collaboration skills.

Role & Responsibilities

- The role will place UI/UX+Analytics at the center of decision-making, with Martech, CLM, CDP, and Personalization as supporting engines.

- It ensures experience strategy is not only aesthetic and usable, but also instrumented, measurable, and optimized for continuous performance improvement. Unify analytics across product, marketing, and CRM touchpoints; create a single-source-of-truth for user behavior. Define journey KPIs, conversion metrics, retention cohorts, and attribution frameworks. Partner with Martech and Data teams to instrument user journeys for cross-channel visibility.

- Martech Orchestration, which will be critical enabler. Integrate Martech stack elements personalization, experimentation, automation, tagging, CDP into journey design. Drive ROI realization across Martech tools and ensure measurable experience outcomes.

- Content & CLM Alignment (Cross-functional Collaboration). Partner with Brand, CRM, CLM, and Content teams to ensure message consistency and measurement parity. Embed insights from analytics into dynamic content strategies and lifecycle campaigns.

- Experience Performance:% conversion uplift and % drop-off reduction.

- Experimentation Velocity:35experiments/month with % winrate.

- Data Maturity:Unified funnel analytics with % journey instrumentation coverage.

- Martech ROI via analytics - %+ active feature utilization; measurable impact in attribution data.
