
Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing TSP & Technology Sales Manager to lead business development and strategic client engagement for our Tokenization Services (TSP) and payment technology solutions. You'll be responsible for driving the sales of complex, API-driven offerings to banks, large merchants, digital wallets, and fintechs across key markets.
This role requires a strong understanding of tokenization frameworks, digital payment infrastructure, and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for TSP services (network tokenization, card-on-file, device provisioning) and related payment technologies.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities in BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and fintech sectors.
- Build relationships with stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Digital Banking, and Payments Heads.
Technical & Solution Selling:
- Understand customer architecture and pain points to position appropriate API-led solutions, including:
- TSP/tokenization APIs (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- SDK integration for mobile provisioning (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Secure vault/token lifecycle management
- Gateway orchestration layers and value-added services (fraud management, smart routing)
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Collaborate with card networks, processors, banks, and device OEMs to expand TSP ecosystem and capabilities.
- Engage with internal product and compliance teams to shape region-specific tokenization offerings (e.g., RBI tokenization mandate).
Compliance & Market Readiness:
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (PCI-DSS, RBI, EMVCo standards) and educate prospects on compliant deployments.
- Work with legal and solution architects on proposals, SoWs, and commercial agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales or solution sales within the payments, fintech, or banking sector.
- Deep understanding of tokenization (TSP), card schemes, digital wallet provisioning, and payment gateway technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets with technical products.
- Strong knowledge of API-based solutions, SDKs, and integration models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TSP services for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and support for wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, EMVCo tokenization, and RBI card data protection guidelines (India-specific).
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, payment gateway, or digital banking company.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, geographically distributed team environment.
