Director - Training - BFSI

- Will play a pivotal role in advancing the firm's thought leadership agenda within the UHNI Wealth Management division.

- This role is responsible for curating and delivering high-impact educational initiatives aimed at both clients and internal stakeholders.

- By offering engaging learning experiences, the Director will enhance client trust, improve RM advisory capabilities, and reinforce the firm's strategic positioning as a knowledge-driven wealth partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Educational Engagements:

- Design and lead insightful workshops and seminars tailored for ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects. Content will span across investment strategies, asset class overviews, and market perspectives-often developed in collaboration with internal product and research experts.

Internal Capability Building:

- Develop and execute structured training programs for Relationship Managers and advisory teams to enhance their pitch effectiveness, product understanding, and advisory confidence.

Strategic Collaboration:

- Partner with key internal teams including product specialists, portfolio managers, and marketing to ensure cohesive and timely messaging. Align educational themes with the firm's broader value proposition and strategic goals, ensuring a unified voice across all touchpoints.

Measurement & Evolution:

- Define success metrics for all training and client-education initiatives (e.g., feedback scores, advisor performance benchmarks, post-session engagement metrics). Routinely report outcomes to leadership and iterate on program design based on participant feedback and evolving industry trends.
