Position Summary As a key member of the HR leadership team, the Head of Total Rewards will oversee the strategy, design, and governance of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The role ensures offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals, acting as a strategic advisor to drive talent attraction, retention, and engagement globally. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage total rewards programs-including salary, incentives, bonuses, health, and retirement plans-to ensure market competitiveness. - Collaborate with leadership, HR, and finance to align rewards with organizational objectives. - Lead benchmarking, job evaluation, and compliance across regions. - Oversee compensation planning cycles and vendor relationships. - Analyze trends, leverage data analytics, and optimize reward systems. - Communicate rewards policies clearly to employees and managers. - Guide rewards aspects during M&A activities and integration. - Mentor the rewards team, fostering innovation and growth. - Strategic & Program Leadership - Shape enterprise rewards strategy aligned with talent and business priorities. - Serve as trusted advisor on executive pay and governance. - Develop holistic benefits and wellbeing strategies to enhance employee experience globally. - Link performance management to rewards, fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications - MBA, with 18-22 years of experience; 12+ in total rewards, including international exposure. - Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, compliance, and HRIS tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills. - Experience leading organizational change and complex projects.
