As part of its continued growth and transformation journey, the organization is looking for a seasoned Total Rewards leader to drive compensation, benefits, and people analytics across global markets.

Location : Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the global Total Rewards strategy spanning compensation, benefits and recognition programs.

- Drive compensation benchmarking, annual rewards cycles and pay governance across geographies.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.

- Oversee benefits design, vendor governance and employee value proposition initiatives.

- Strengthen payroll governance, compliance and rewards processes across global markets.

Ideal Candidate :

- 15 - 20 years of experience with an MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.

- Mandatory experience within IT/ITES, Technology or Digital Services organizations.

- Proven experience managing Total Rewards programs across India and US markets.

- Deep expertise in Rewards, Benefits and People Analytics.

- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to compensation modelling, benchmarking and payroll governance.
