Role Overview:

We are hiring a senior leader to head Third Party Distribution for a large, diversified financial services group. The role will be responsible for building and scaling the groups third-party product distribution strategy across wealth, retail, and institutional channels.

The mandate requires a seasoned product and distribution professional with deep experience in financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS/AIF, structured products, and investment solutions. The role will drive product selection, partnerships, revenue growth, and distribution effectiveness across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Third Party Product Strategy:

- Define and lead the third-party distribution strategy across wealth and retail channels

- Curate product shelf across MF, insurance, AIF/PMS, structured products, and fixed income

- Build differentiated product positioning and revenue models

Partnership & Manufacturer Management:

- Manage relationships with AMCs, insurers, asset managers, and product manufacturers

- Negotiate commercials, exclusives, and strategic tie-ups

- Drive joint business plans and product launches

Distribution & Revenue Growth:

- Enable sales teams with product training, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy

- Drive product penetration and fee income across channels

- Monitor product performance and optimize mix

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure regulatory alignment across distributed products

- Oversee product approvals and documentation

- Manage risk, suitability, and client outcomes

Candidate Profile:

- 18 - 25 years experience in financial services

- Strong background in product management and third-party distribution

- Experience with wealth, broking, private banking, or distribution platforms

- Deep understanding of investment products (MF, AIF, PMS, insurance, structured)

- Strong manufacturer relationships in the market

- Leadership experience managing national/product teams
