We are hiring for the position of Director - Telecom Expense Management with one of the leading organization

Experience: 15+ years

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

- Position is for Director Telecom Expense Management

- Manages a team of 10, distributed across India and London

- Focus is on Telecom Expense Billing global scope with operations oversight

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage telecom expense operations globally, including vendor relationships

- Engage with senior executive leadership, presenting at CXO levels

- Identify and resolve gaps in service delivery and manage transformation needs

- Strong accountability for vendor management, billing oversight, and cost optimization

- Present regular reports and dashboards on operations performance and efficiency

- Build frameworks and workflows for automation and cost governance

Profile Requirements:

- Experience working with third-party Managed Services for telecom billing

- In-depth knowledge of standard telecom billing operations (including mobility)

- Good grasp of basic financial/accounting principles

- Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams

- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders globally

- Preference for profiles from Fintech, BFSI, Semiconductor sectors

- Ideal candidate will have hands-on global operations exposure
