What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in consulting and delivery leadership roles in BFSI.
- Deep exposure to public sector banking, NBFCs, FinTechs, and insurance transformation programs in the Middle East is a must.
- Experience across the banking and FS ecosystem in GCC/Middle East countries is required.
- Experience in regulatory technologies is essential.
- Experience in cyber and tech risk management is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, GenAI applications, cloud transformation, and enterprise tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sitecore, SAP Commerce).
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of managing large projects.
- Hands-on understanding of tech stacks such as AWS, Azure, AI/ML, open-source platforms, and microservices.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Prior experience in global technology firms or Big 4 consulting firms is preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; an MBA or Executive Management qualification from a reputed institute is a plus.
- Certifications in cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, or enterprise architecture are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programs across BFSI clients, enabling efficiency, innovation, and revenue growth. Must have experience across front office, middle office, and back office systems in a banking and FS environment.
- Design and implement cutting-edge solutions involving AI, GenAI, low-code platforms, and cloud-based ecosystems to modernize customer and employee experiences.
- Manage complex client portfolios and programs, such as platform revamps, CRM overhauls, and end-to-end lending digitization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, or CISOs, identifying transformation opportunities for growth, automation, and modernization within banking, insurance, and NBFCs.
- Drive inorganic growth and market expansion through GTM strategies and strategic account development.
- Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality delivery and measurable impact.
- Collaborate across practices (strategy, tech, ops) to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
- Own P&L responsibilities, revenue forecasting, and account growth strategies.
- Spearhead Power Platform, low-code/no-code adoption, and AI-driven solutions across client engagements.
