Reporting into the Head of Tax Reporting, you shall be managing a team of 25+ individuals, with key responsibilities including:  - Managing the Regional and Group Tax Reporting function in delivering its compliance and reporting tasks including:- Managing delivery of tax returns and payments  - Reconciliation of income tax expense and deferred tax balances  - Internal reporting of tax accounting information to Head office Group team  - Group reporting of tax information including management reporting  - Provide day to day management oversight to the Regional and Group tax Reporting team including review of service delivery outputs, quality of service and optimum resources utilization  - Engage with people - to ensure highest retention levels through performance management, learning & development and career paths. Ensure all critical roles have succession plans in place  - Effective engagement with stakeholders in various geographies; managing the relationship at leadership levels, and providing timely/accurate operational updates and issue resolution  - Understanding operational risks and ensuring controls meet internal risks policies  - Application and documentation of internal tax policies and procedures  - Manage change management (including communicating changes, facilitate trainings)
