- Proven expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder engagement, and TA operations.

- Strong track record in hiring deep tech talent at scale with an emphasis on precision, velocity, and domain alignment.

- Demonstrated ability to drive hiring across healthcare and retail domains, especially for emerging tech roles is a plus.

- Strong business and financial acumen - able to align hiring strategies with company goals.

- Excellent communicator with a mature, consultative approach.

- High ownership mindset; thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
