Director - Talent Acquisition (Engineering)
Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead hiring for the Engineering vertical in India. The role calls for a strategic yet hands-on leader with proven expertise in IT/engineering hiring and experience managing recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and team leads.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to scale engineering functions across India.
Drive end-to-end hiring strategies to scale engineering teams.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and external agencies.
- Drive initiatives to improve recruitment processes using data and analytics to achieve stronger hiring outcomes.
- Standardize recruitment processes and leverage data for efficiency.
- Ensure market competitiveness to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- 14-18years of TA experience, with 5+ years in leadership, must have exp in managing Managers.
- Strong track record in IT/engineering hiring at large scale (1000+ Hires).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for coaching and team development.
