Talent Acquisition - Director Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical recruitment) - Our client is an IT services and consulting firm based out of Noida and we are looking for someone with 12+ years of experience in hiring IT roles like Application Development, Java, Python, AI, ML, Fullstack, Architect, Engineering, Data science roles, etc. - We need someone with Lateral hiring experience (hiring volumes close to 800-900) and managing a team of 12- 15 recruiters.
