Role Overview:


We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Director - Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring efforts across global locations. This leader will be instrumental in driving executive and leadership hiring across technology and business functions, and building high-performing, diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Strategy & Leadership Hiring:

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for mid to senior-level hiring across both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (consulting, sales, marketing, HR, finance) roles.

- Executive Search:

Lead C-suite and executive-level searches across global markets; build and nurture a strong leadership talent pipeline.

- Stakeholder Management:

Partner closely with business leaders, function heads, and CXOs to deeply understand hiring needs, influence workforce planning, and align recruitment strategies.

- Team Management & Development:

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team; build capability across sourcing, employer branding, recruitment operations, and data analytics.

Employer Branding:

Build employer brand as a top destination for talent in consulting and technology through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and candidate experience.

- Recruitment Analytics & Optimization:

Leverage data and market intelligence to optimize funnel conversions, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure high quality-of-hire.

- Diversity & Inclusion Hiring:

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance diversity hiring across all levels and geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in leadership/executive hiring roles

- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School is mandatory

- Strong exposure to hiring within Big 4s and/or high-growth product-based tech companies

- Proven success in hiring leadership and executive talent across functions and geographies

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills

- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using modern ATS, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools

- Passion for people, culture, and building world-class teams
