
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Work with business leaders to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Translate business plans into practical recruitment strategies and hiring priorities.
- Assess talent availability across relevant markets and advise stakeholders on recruitment approaches.
- Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation levels, skill availability, and competitive talent markets.
- Develop forward-looking talent pipelines for critical and recurring requirements.
- Identify opportunities for internal mobility and external recruitment based on organizational needs.
- Ensure recruitment practices support diversity and equal opportunity.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team and provide direction on recruitment priorities.
- Set clear expectations and monitor individual and team performance.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, negotiation, and offer management.
- Review recruitment workloads and allocation of hiring mandates across the team.
- Encourage consistent recruitment practices and professional candidate handling.
- Support team members in resolving complex hiring situations and stakeholder challenges.
Recruitment Technology & Analytics:
- Drive effective utilization of ATS and other recruitment management systems.
- Explore technology-assisted sourcing, screening, and recruitment solutions.
- Use recruitment data to identify hiring trends and areas requiring attention.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and management dashboards.
- Track indicators such as hiring turnaround, source effectiveness, offer conversion, candidate pipeline health, and hiring quality.
- Use data to support improvements in recruitment planning and execution.
