
Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple geographies and business units.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company growth plans and hiring goals.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and create workforce planning models.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle - 'sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors, staffing agencies, and universities.
- Utilize analytics to measure and optimize recruiting effectiveness, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Drive process improvements to ensure efficient, inclusive, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global recruiting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in global talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Prior experience in the IT services or staffing industry is a strong plus.
