The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's goals. This leadership role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages a team of recruiters and talent partners, and partners with senior leadership to ensure workforce planning and employer branding initiatives support business growth.

1. The candidate should have global TA experience, with a strong understanding of market insights and market mapping to help leaders make informed decisions.

2. Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build effective recruiting plans.

3. Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and guide decision-making.

4. Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, including recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists

Qualifications:

1. 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role

2. Agile, tech savvy

3. Excellent communication & Stakeholder management
