Director - Supply Chain Management

- Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and strategic sourcing operations.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

- Build, manage, and develop strong supplier relationships.

- Drive localization and cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain.

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through strategic sourcing and supplier engagement.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.

- Establish procurement KPIs and drive continuous process improvement.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and supply chain team.

- Drive operational excellence and contribute to the organization's long-term growth strategy.
