
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead firm-wide strategy and transformation initiatives across our banking business. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's strategic vision, driving enterprise-wide change, and enhancing operational effectiveness to enable future-ready banking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of long-term strategic initiatives aligned with the bank's business goals.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise transformation programs-including business model innovation, digital enablement, and cost optimization.
- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and areas of operational improvement.
- Oversee large-scale change management initiatives across functions, geographies, and business lines.
- Build and lead high-impact transformation teams, including program managers, process experts, and external consultants.
- Monitor program performance, risks, and benefits realization through structured governance mechanisms.
- Act as a thought leader to ensure adoption of global best practices in strategic planning, execution excellence, and agile transformation.
- Influence decision-making at the Board and Executive Committee level with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Desired Profile:
- 18+ years of experience in banking or financial services with significant exposure to strategy and transformation at a firm-wide level.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital banking trends, regulatory environment, and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with global consulting firms or internal strategy/COO offices is highly desirable.
