Experience: 7-15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and business transformation projects
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Make high-impact decisions in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
What We're Looking For:
- 7-15 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or Startup environments
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to execute with ownership and deliver measurable business impact
