Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Statutory Audit with a strong track record in managing large audit portfolios, client relationship development, and team leadership. This is a strategic role that involves leading statutory audits across sectors, driving business growth through cross-selling and upselling, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead statutory audit engagements for clients across various sectors (sector agnostic).

- Manage a sizable book of business, ensuring quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Drive business development initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling of firm services.

- Take ownership of end-to-end portfolio management including planning, execution, and client interactions.

- Provide strategic direction and mentoring to audit teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Build and sustain long-term client relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management procedures.

- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

CA Qualified - Mandatory.

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in statutory audit.

- Should be currently at a Senior Manager/Associate Director level with a minimum of 2.5 years in the role, or a first-year Director.

- Experience handling a significant book size, with a proven record of business development through cross-selling and upselling.

- Demonstrated capabilities in team management and developing future leaders.

- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from the Big 6 or other top-tier audit firms.

- Candidates with sector-agnostic exposure and experience working with diverse industries
