About:
- Develop strategy and own execution to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual rider hiring target
- P&L ownership of rider hiring - money allocation across channels. Plan to deliver hiring target with least cost and highest quality of riders
- Head a team 3-5 General Managers, 3-4 Managers and BAs to run the hiring org
- Manage end to end agency, 3rd party and influencer relationships - negotiating their rate card, designing their incentive structure.
- Getting new vendors onboarded for channel expansion.
- Identification of hiring channels like per influencer channel, freelancer channel etc
- Collaborate closely with city operations team to drive on ground execution of local hiring channels like Field recruiter channel.
- Drive productivity of FRs through central and local interventions
- Manage communication journey of riders to maximum lead to onboarding conversion with product managers to design product for maximum lead generation and conversion
Desired Skills:
- Prior strategy and execution experience - minimum 8-10 years experience
- Prior experience in building these team and channels in e-commerce or other allied industries
- Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get things done
- Stakeholder management skills and win-win mindset
- Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Managed large scale operation teams
