Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and accomplished leader for the role of Director Solution & Implementation (Talent Acquisition).

This position is ideal for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience in RPO delivery models, client onboarding, and solution design.

As part of the Implementation and Solutions team, youll collaborate cross-functionally to design, lead, and implement customized recruitment solutions that deliver measurable business impact and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning & Implementation Leadership

- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of global recruitment delivery models (RPO, embedded, project-based).

- Partner with Business Development to craft and present tailored TA solutions to prospective clients.

- Define operational plans, scalable frameworks, and go-live roadmaps aligned with Talent500 methodologies.

- Drive process mapping, solutioning workshops, and change management discussions with senior stakeholders.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders during solutioning and implementation phases.

- Build trusted relationships by providing consultative insights on recruitment operations and workforce planning.

- Advise clients on ATS/CRM adoption, process transformation, and best practices.

Project & Program Governance

- Establish governance structures, charters, documentation protocols, and reporting cadence.

- Monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful go-lives.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

People Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor implementation consultants and project managers.

- Collaborate with TA delivery, L&D, Tech, and Operational Excellence teams for smooth program transitions.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, with significant RPO, solution design, and client implementation exposure.

- Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional TA program implementations.

- Experience engaging enterprise-level and C-suite stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of process design, workforce planning, and ATS/CRM systems.

- Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2, or Change Management certifications.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Asana/Jira/Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
