Role Summary

The Director Solution AI will lead the solution selling and delivery of AI-driven capabilities of our company platform to the customer. This role will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, drive GenAI adoption, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to sell & implement impactful AI-led innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

- Lead the scoping, design, and implementation of AI solutions including GenAI assistants, predictive models, and automation flows.

- Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and reliability standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to

bring AI solutions from concept to production.

- Provide technical and functional guidance to internal teams on AI capabilities.

Customer & Pre-Sales Engagement

- Support sales and pre-sales with AI-focused solutioning for enterprise clients.

- Participate in customer discussions to position AI value and business outcomes.

Data & Insights Alignment

- Define data requirements and work with Data Engineering to ensure proper dataflows for model development and deployment.

Governance & Compliance

- Establish best practices for responsible AI use, data privacy, and model governance.

Required Qualifications

- 10-12+ years of experience in Product, Solutions, AI/ML, or Enterprise SaaS.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and cloud-based ML platforms.

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.

- Ability to articulate technical concepts to business and customer stakeholders.

- Experience working with global enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in PropTech, Smart Buildings, Workplace Management, or related domains.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, IoT, analytics, or workplace automation tools.
