Role details:
Work mode: On-site
Salary: Up to 80 LPA
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Role & responsibilities:
- Define and drive architecture for distributed systems, APIs, and modern web applications
- Promote a strong bias for action and ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Core Engineering teams across time zones
- Elevate engineering standards across code quality, testing, observability, and DevOps
- Step in hands-on to resolve complex technical challenges when required
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role
- Strong technical foundation in C#/.NET, Python, cloud-native systems, or React/Next.js/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align global teams
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and growing senior engineers
- Pragmatic, product-driven mindset with the ability to simplify and execute fast
