Role/Requirements: - Managing software, systems, and security to dive into details with engineers and distill to a high level for executives, customers, and non-technical audiences. - Handling a team of highly competent developers in fast fast-paced work environment - Building, leading, and managing large multi-engineer projects and mentoring top-notch engineers. - 14-18 years of strong programming experience while leading large-size teams Java web development experience on large-scale, high-volume sites or web applications. - Be an inspirational leader with a passion for solving real problems. - Hiring and nurturing teams to become a top-notch high-performing and motivated engineering team. - Scaling the organization with strong leadership skills and an outside-in approach. - Hands-on coding experience with a good understanding of enterprise-level code. - Bachelor / Master's degree.
