Director - ServiceNow Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end platform delivery, enterprise automation, and scalable application development.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality delivery across ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across ITSM and custom/scoped applications

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, senior developers, and architects

- Own solution architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Drive enterprise automation initiatives and promote low-code/citizen development with governance

- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and orchestration tools

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

- Establish and enforce coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices

- Drive Agile delivery and ensure adherence to SDLC processes

- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and innovation

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow delivery and leadership exposure

- Hands-on expertise in ITSM modules and custom application development

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, and automation

- Experience in CMDB, integrations, and ServiceNow platform administration

- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects and teams

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Architect

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
