Director - Service Delivery - KYC/AML - Managed Services

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of KYC/CDD and AML compliance operations across multiple client engagements, managing ~500+ personnel. Oversee both project build-outs (client onboarding setups) and steady-state operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive operational performance, manage risk, and enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:

- Deliver sustainable, high-quality KYC/AML services while protecting client interests.

- Support transitions from project execution to BAU delivery-handling resourcing, tech integration, and knowledge transfer.

- Maintain productivity and quality metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.

- Drive the People Agenda-engagement, performance management, training, retention, and attrition oversight.

- Manage operational budgets and optimize cost per resource.

- Identify process improvement opportunities; standardize workflows to increase efficiency across locations.

- Contribute to client business development and internal strategy initiatives.

What You Bring:

- 18+ years in global operations leadership, including 8+ years managing 300-500+ professionals in compliance operations.

- Proven expertise in KYC/CDD, AML governance, and new client onboarding for individual and corporate entities.

- Strong commercial acumen-operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation capabilities.

- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices in financial services operations.
