Director/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading global technology company to identify a Talent Acquisition Leader for India. This is the No.1 Talent Acquisition role in the country and reports directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

The role offers an opportunity to shape the India talent strategy and build a high-performing recruiting organization supporting business growth across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Sales, Consulting, and Corporate functions.

Total Experience: 15 - 20 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for India.

- Partner with senior business leaders to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.

- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future skill requirements.

- Drive recruiting excellence through metrics, analytics, and process improvements.

- Provide talent market insights and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.

- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

- Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

- Leverage AI, automation, and modern recruiting technologies to improve hiring effectiveness.

- Establish operational rigor and ensure delivery against hiring goals and quality metrics.

Candidate Profile:

- 12 - 18 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years of people leadership experience.

- Experience leading Talent Acquisition for India within a global technology, product, SaaS, or GCC organization.

- Proven track record of hiring across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, GTM, and Corporate functions.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior executives.

- Expertise in recruiting operations, workforce planning, and talent analytics.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Experience driving transformation, scale, and adoption of AI-enabled recruiting practices is highly desirable.
