Functional Knowledge: - 15+ years of product management experience including at least 5 of those years in enterprise software, SaaS or Data. - 5+ years of direct people management experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being able to speak comprehensively with customers and CXOs. - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across the business. - Proven record of building, managing, and sustaining product organizations - Must have the ability to understand the technical and non-technical aspects of product development. - Experience developing technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of product managers and UX designers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Agile and waterfall development methodologies. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
