Director/Senior Director - Operations - Cafe Business

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Head - Caf Operations to lead multi-city caf operations for a rapidly scaling consumer F&B brand. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless store operations, outlet-level profitability, customer delight, and expansion readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in QSR, F&B, or caf chains, with proven ability to scale operations while balancing cost efficiency and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day caf operations across 100+ outlets, ensuring adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and brand standards.

- Own P&L delivery at the regional and outlet level; drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.

- Scale multi-city operations including new store openings, site readiness, and operational setup.

- Drive customer experience through service quality, menu consistency, and staff training.

- Build and mentor large frontline & mid-level teams (store managers, area managers, ops managers).

- Implement process automation, digital tools, and analytics for cost and service optimization.

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to deliver integrated business results.

What We're Looking For:

- 11-16 ears of operations leadership in F&B, QSR, or caf/restaurant chains.

- Proven experience in multi-city retail / outlet operations, ideally 50-200+ stores.

- Strong P&L orientation with a track record of improving unit economics.

- Expertise in training, people management, and customer service excellence.

- Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management; MBA preferred.
