Director/Senior Director - Investment - Origination - Healthcare Real Estate & Infrastructure Transactions

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned investment professional to lead origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions across India. The role will focus on hospital platforms, medical infrastructure, life sciences assets, and healthcare-led real estate plays, working closely with promoters, PE funds, and strategic investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate opportunities in hospitals, diagnostics chains, medical campuses, life sciences parks, pharma infra, medtech clusters, and healthcare-led mixed-use, REIT, or asset monetization platforms.

- Build relationships with hospital operators, developers, PE funds, and family offices.

- Lead end-to-end deal execution including buy-side or sell-side M&A, platform deals, roll-ups, carve-outs, joint ventures, lease structures, and asset monetization.

- Manage advisors (IBs, legal, Big 4) across diligence and closing.

- Build and review financial models (IRR, yield, asset-level returns) and evaluate lease vs own models, brownfield vs greenfield expansions.

- Interface with promoters, hospital chains, private equity, sovereign funds, and internal leadership.

Experience & Skills:

- 10-15+ years in investment banking, PE, or transaction advisory with exposure to healthcare and real estate or infra deals.

- Strong track record in healthcare M&A or investments, infra or real estate platform deals, and complex structuring.

- Advanced financial modeling, deal structuring expertise, and senior stakeholder influence.

Education:

- MBA preferred; CA or CFA is a plus.
