Director/Senior Director - Human Resources - Recruitment/Staffing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to join our organization as a Director/Senior Director of Human Resources, based in Hyderabad or Chennai. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with global business goals to ensure the organization remains agile and scalable.

- Partner with executive stakeholders to diagnose organizational health and implement structural changes that improve productivity and employee engagement.

- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity across diverse regional teams.

- Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, ensuring that talent acquisition, performance management, and total rewards programs are optimized for top-tier talent retention.

- Mentor and develop high-potential HR teams to build a robust pipeline of future leaders capable of navigating complex labor landscapes and business challenges.

- Someone who has managed a people span of 3000+ employees is a must.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.

- Proven expertise in organizational design and workforce planning, with a track record of scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR strategies to diverse audiences and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data-driven insights to solve intricate people-related challenges and improve business outcomes.

- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 18 - 24 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist and Business Partnering roles.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work model, with the ability to lead and inspire distributed teams across Hyderabad and Chennai effectively.
