Director / Senior Director - 12+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a seasoned investment professional to lead the origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions across India. This leadership role requires deep expertise in healthcare investments, M&A, real estate platforms, financial modeling, and stakeholder management to drive high-value strategic transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead origination and execution:

- Lead origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions, including hospitals, diagnostics, life sciences assets, and medical infrastructure.

2. Manage investment transactions:

- Manage end-to-end investment transactions involving M&A, joint ventures, platform investments, asset monetization, and lease structures.

3. Financial modeling and analysis:

- Build financial models, conduct investment analysis, and evaluate complex transaction structures to support investment decisions.

4. Relationship management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, healthcare operators, developers, private equity funds, and senior stakeholders.

5. Team leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams, manage external advisors, and drive successful deal execution from origination to closure.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

- 12-18+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Markets.

2. Sector expertise:

- Strong experience in healthcare investments, healthcare M&A, real estate, infrastructure, or asset monetization transactions.

3. Technical skills:

- Expertise in financial modeling, investment underwriting, valuation, and deal structuring.

4. Soft skills:

- Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills.

5. Education:

- Tier-1 MBA preferred; CA/CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
