Coordinate the right capacity management and adhere to all the SLA and Performance metrics.

4. Delivery Standards:

Ensure project delivery managers are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.

5. Sales Partnership:

Partner with the sales ecosystem providing the right solutions for successful software deals.

6. Innovation:

Drive efficiencies through innovative solutions like Automation, AI/ML.

7. Reporting:

Keep senior management up to date with delivery status, emerging opportunities, identified risks and mitigation plan.

8. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all the methodologies/policies and regulatory compliance as required.

9. Mentoring:

Provide leadership and mentoring project managers, leads, and other team members.
