Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a 50+ member engineering organization across multiple product teams, with rapid year-on-year growth.
- Own engineering execution, delivery cadence, quality, and release predictability across the product portfolio.
- Build and develop Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, establishing strong career paths and leadership depth.
- Foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Own technical execution across flagship platforms including cloud cost visibility, governance, optimization, and AI-driven FinOps solutions.
- Drive delivery across billing engines, analytics platforms, multi-cloud integrations, and Kubernetes optimization solutions.
- Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Business leadership to align engineering roadmaps with business objectives.

Requirements:
Experience:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading large engineering teams (30+ members).
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
- Strong hands-on background with Java / Spring Boot microservices at scale.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure/GCP preferred).
- Exposure to data-intensive platforms, analytics systems, or financial/billing domains.
