Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and scale a 50+ member engineering organization across multiple product teams, with rapid year-on-year growth.

- Own engineering execution, delivery cadence, quality, and release predictability across the product portfolio.

- Build and develop Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, establishing strong career paths and leadership depth.

- Foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Product & Platform Ownership:

- Own technical execution across flagship platforms including cloud cost visibility, governance, optimization, and AI-driven FinOps solutions.

- Drive delivery across billing engines, analytics platforms, multi-cloud integrations, and Kubernetes optimization solutions.

- Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Business leadership to align engineering roadmaps with business objectives.

Technical Strategy & Architecture:

- Define and evolve system architecture to support 10x scale in data, customers, and transaction volumes.

- Lead modernization initiatives, establish technical standards, and strengthen code quality and architectural governance.

- Drive scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics, event-driven systems, and cost optimization engines.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading large engineering teams (30+ members).

- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.

- Strong hands-on background with Java / Spring Boot microservices at scale.

- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure/GCP preferred).

- Exposure to data-intensive platforms, analytics systems, or financial/billing domains.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and API design.

- Experience managing multi-product engineering teams across diverse tech stacks.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
