Role Summary: The role would primarily focus on reducing customer churn (along with team management of the churn control team) and improving collections efficiency. Ideal Fit: While we are extremely open to smart generalists with 5+ years of experience and a great customer focus, an ideal fit would be someone who has an experienced customer operations and customer retention in consumer companies and who has managed a team of at least 15 members Role Description: - Take ownership of reducing customer churn and work on initiatives that can help in improving the retention - Identify the root cause of churn, segment the reasons, and be able to address each reason for churn and a way to prevent it further - Improve the collections efficiency by working on initiatives and programs that would help in reducing defaulters - Bring in automation and process excellence in the collections process - Manage the retention team and bring in the best efficiency from every member of the team - Dive deep into the customer behavior data to understand what causes churn and to take action to prevent - Work with multiple internal stakeholders to drive customer experience initiatives and build your case for investing in projects for improving customer experience
